If you want to send an email with more than 500 recipients, you’ll have to use another email service. If you go over your storage limit, you may run into an iCloud email issue.

- IPad, Mac, and PC users can access their email through iCloud.com. In lieu of this, use the iPhone’s built-in mail app instead.
- Make sure your browser is up-to-date. Make sure you’re using the most recent version of Safari if you’re using that.
- Make sure your browser’s cache is empty.
